Nice house! Hope there was no flooding inside the house, and something gets done about the drainage. Is it close to the river or just in a low lying area?

  2. No it was raining for a few days and the drainages are not working, yes the water was inside the house

  3. Mike C says:

That’s terrible! What kind of drainage do they have there, underground storm drains or open culverts? This area (US, east Colorado plains) is prone to flash flooding on occasion, but I haven’t suffered any as a result.

Ladybird, this looks like parts of New Orleans. I think you could “enjoy” the flooding there easily. :-)

Seriously , it is a pain in the neck, though

  5. Mike mostly the drainage system is underground but in the poor areas like “Al-Sadr city” there is no drainage system. But doesn’t matter even the drainage system is not working after 3 years of no maintaining
