The UK and the Nether­lands will fol­low the Amer­i­cans, and many other coun­tries such as France, Ger­many, Bel­gium, Lux­em­bourg and oth­ers will not fol­low the US. There­fore, I think Europe will remain divided and, of course, it’s the sov­er­eign right of a coun­try to for­mu­late its own for­eign policy”.
