It's first goal was to keep the US troops bogged down in Iraq by fomenting a guerrilla war against them.Instead of ordering the Iraqi army to disarm and surrender then hiring them back to spearhead the rebuilding effort, Bremmer sent them home armed and without pay.Then, a heavy handed psyops campaign run by either globalist aligned or misguided members of Western intelligence and at least some of the upper echelons of coalition command directed Iraqi hatred toward the US troops.
