I may as well post this here:

I wish also to draw peoples attention to the following, to which my attention has been drawn: how Joseph Panossians’s (Associated Press) story changes from legitimate newspiece to war propaganda.

    Hezbollah Captures 2 Israeli Soldiers
    By JOSEPH PANOSSIAN , 07.12.2006, 05:41 AM

The militant group Hezbollah captured two Israeli
soldiers during clashes Wednesday across the border in
southern Lebanon, prompting a swift reaction from
Israel, which sent ground forces into its neighbor to
    look for them.

The forces were trying to keep the soldiers’ captors
from moving them deeper into Lebanon, Israeli
government officials said on condition of anonymity.

The Israeli military would not confirm the report.

Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert called an
emergency Cabinet meeting and said Lebanese guerrillas
would pay a “heavy price” for Wednesday’s attacks.

These are difficult days for the state of Israel and
its citizens,” Olmert said. “There are people … who
are trying to test our resolve. They will fail and
they will pay a heavy price for their actions.”

BEIRUT, Lebanon — The Hezbollah militant group
captured two Israeli soldiers during clashes along the
Lebanese border on Wednesday, triggering an Israeli
assault with warplanes, tanks and gunboats as Israeli
troops crossed the frontier to hunt for the captives.

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert called the

Israel hits Lebanon after soldiers grabbed By JOSEPH

Wed Jul 12, 4:13 PM ET

BEIRUT, Lebanon — Hezbollah militants crossed into
Israel on Wednesday and captured two Israeli
soldiers. Israel responded in southern Lebanon with
warplanes, tanks and gunboats, and said eight of its
soldiers had been killed in the violence.

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert called the
soldiers’ capture “an act of war,” and his Cabinet
prepared to approve more military action in Lebanon —
a second front in the fight against Islamic militants
by Israel, which already is waging an operation to
free a captured soldier in the Gaza Strip.

Israel, however, appeared determined to win freedom
for its troops with a show of force.

    Sure Frost.

Its amazing that LB didn’t consider the time stamps on the reports that represent updates on a rapidly breaking and dynamic story. You know — as more facts become available, they get filled in.

July 12th WAS Wednesday. Wednesday is the day the attacks occurred — right? The first report was published before the god damned sun was up. I can’t believe the Israeli PM didn’t have a prepared statement for the press while he was sleeping.

Am I missing something? Am I a racist? That must be it…
