		<description>There must be no secrets about detentions of prisoners.
*If Invaders do not make known how many are detained in IRAQ or other countries, Why would their opponents take prisoners in these wars?

There must be knowledge made known by Red Cross of Who is *detained?
*Why ?
*How long for?
*When they will be Released?
*When they will have Hearings to Consider their situation?

Without these details being public say being published every week there is a perceived, possiblity, that they will be accounted for in bodies being dumpted
around cities of Bagdad etc..
* Or that they are being Tortured , as in the bodied dumpted being tortured, before executed.

What say other people about this ?</description>
