On Al-jazeera today, Salahud­din Sup­port Coun­cil [yet another sahwa] demanded apol­ogy from Al-Qaeda leader Bin Laden for the crimes com­mit­ted by his fol­low­ers, also added that the acts of Al-Qaeda is the rea­son behind the for­ma­tion of the “Awak­en­ing” councils.

Funny about this is that the leader of Salahud­din Sup­port Coun­cil was detained two weeks ago by the Amer­i­cans after he was beaten by the Iraqi sol­diers because he gave false reports on the coun­cil activ­i­ties to obtain ille­gal founds and black­mail­ing citizen.

Al-Mujahdeen Army spokesman said in tele­phone inter­view with Al-Jazeera that Bin Lasen call to fight the “Awak­en­ing” coun­cils is a heavy burden.
