A group of Iraqi politi­cians from dif­fer­ent par­ties met in Leeds since two days, in prepa­ra­tion for par­tic­i­pa­tion in a con­fer­ence on Iraq held in Cairo, the atten­dees are from six fac­tions oppose Maliki’s Gov­ern­ment among them “Sat­tam Alkaud” owner of sev­eral large com­pa­nies in Jor­dan, the group held three meet­ings aimed a uni­fied posi­tion before Cairo Con­fer­ence to be held around Iraq.

Rep­re­sen­ta­tives of Sheikh Harith Dhari, Sheikh jawad Al-Khalisi (Shi­ite) and Sheikh Al-Mouiyd (Shi­ite), also an invi­ta­tion sent by a Shi­ite orga­ni­za­tion in Eng­land to Meshaan Al-Jibouri [owner of the for­mer Tv sta­tion Al-Zawar] with request from British politicians.

The meet­ings are being held in a (Hol­i­day Inn) hotel in Leeds aim to coor­di­nate the posi­tions and develop a com­mon strat­egy to be announced next rec­on­cil­i­a­tion con­fer­ence in Cairo.
