Baath Party denies the participation in Cairo conference

Baath Party issued a state­ment deny­ing their par­tic­i­pa­tion in Cairo con­fer­ence:

The two Amer­i­can administration’s god­fa­thers Con­delezaa rice and Robert Gates prepar­ing for this meet­ing in Cairo for more than three months.….

.….The United States of Amer­ica is Con­tin­u­ing its pol­icy of lies and fab­ri­ca­tions to delude itself and a hand­ful of fool Iraqis that the peo­ple of Iraq began to accept the occu­pa­tion reality .….…

.….The last of these lies is that the Ba’ath party to take part in the so-called national rec­on­cil­i­a­tion in Cairo,.…

I think it is a true that Baath Party is not among the par­tic­i­pants in Cairo con­fer­ence, in the com­ing days I will explain my rea­sons to believe this statement

- Before Al Hayat news­pa­per report about the “Awak­en­ing” coun­cils today accus­ing the Iraqi gov­ern­ment and Shi­ite mili­tias on the assas­si­na­tion of its mem­bers and lead­ers saying:

The Iraqi gov­ern­ment is behind the assas­si­na­tion of the “Awak­en­ing” mem­bers because of our asso­ci­a­tion with the Americans

There were pre­vi­ous report echo­ing the same accusations:

Third power reported two days ago saying:

There is an Iran­ian plan to dis­man­tle and destroy the Sunni “Awak­en­ing” coun­cils and pre­vent any Shi­ites “Awakening”.

At the same time Haq Agency also reported the following:

The Supreme Coun­cil led by Iran loy­al­ist Al-Hakim issued an oreder to his fol­low­ers [Badr Brigade] in Iraqi provinces to work against the for­ma­tion of the “Awak­en­ing” councils.
