Oil Ministry: American helicopter caused the explosion in the oil refinery

Iraq oil Min­is­ter issued a state­ment say­ing that an Amer­i­can heli­copter caused the explo­sion in Shuaiba oil refin­ery in south Iraq near Basra.

He said:

First report indi­cates that the fire caused by a coali­tion forces heli­copter flight over the refinery.

He didn’t explain how the heli­copter caused the fire.
