Ap story on Izzat Al-Douri and Ba’ath Party, Ap news quotes Al-Mawqif Al-Arabi magazine but there is no such report in the newspaper or at least in the online version. Ap said they manged to obtain an audio record of the interview.
The AP acquired an audiotape said to be from al-Douri last July in which he promised his group would keep fighting until the last foreign soldiers withdraw from Iraq.
