This is an American military, economic, and cultural domination

For the first time, I see Muqtada Al Sadr and Harith Al Dhari agree on something, which is ht rejection of the U.S. — Iraq long-term presence treaty, this what the AMSI statement says:

Despite continues public rejection of long-term presence agreement with the U.S. occupation, and despite the [AMSI]‘s warning to the government of the danger of such agreements…The quintet-alliance whom the U.S. kept polishing their images presents them to the world as Iraq’s representatives.…This is nothing more than an American military, economic, and cultural domination to be imposed on the people of Iraq.… these agreements will not has any weight on the Iraqi people.

The Iraqi people, and all political, social, tribal forces, and the resistance are invited to show their anger and rejection.

Maybe he didn’t put it this way, but if you read this article on Al-Khbar by the Iraqi writer Al– Lami you can conclude that Maliki’s last military operation, the so called “Lion Roar” is connected in a way or another with oppressing the nationalists voices in Mosul as AMSI said.

In his article, he said that the sectarian government is proud with it’s non-sectarian military operation and there is a reason for:

They “masked” the real goals of this operation under the title fighting Al Qaeda, while it aimed to eliminate the nationalists, Islamic anti-occupation forces.
