Misreported political realignment

Blogs interested in Iraq news, like this one reporting about the formation of a new political bloc in Iraq, [which is old news, I already reported this four days ago].

This thing needs to be clarified; it seems that all these news are based on Al-Hayat (mis)report.

The reality is this:

First — It is not a political bloc or an alliances in the sense of a new Party, it is just a new parliamentary gathering “The Patriotic Parliamentary Assembly” [not the final name yet, and I don’t think it is going to live very long] to correct the political process and to block Maliki’s decisions that are “hostile to the Iraqi people” [their words].

Second — The new gathering is still in the negotiations stage, many parties and political blocs are hesitating to join the new “parliamentary gathering” such as the new Ja’afari’s formed Party because it is the weakest party, Sadr Trend shows the willingness to join the alliance, Iraqi List said they are not interested.
