People really need to keep an eye on this story that Al-Hakim wants to participate in the elections without joining the Dawa Party [as I reported here], under the title “Iraq witnesses coups before provincial elections”:

[At the meeting of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council discussing the coming provincial election] the most unexpected coup happened, when Al-Hakim announced that the SCIIC will participate in the elections alone without joining other groups.

Last attempt by Dawa Party to convince Al Hakim came with Maliki’s visit to Al-Hakim, but Al Hakim rejected Maliki’s attempt, insisted on going to the election alone as the previous website claims.

The anger of Dawa Party explained here on Iraq Al-Aan saying:

Dawa Party decided to suspend attending the United Iraqi Alliance meetings. Sources told the newspaper that differences afflict Dawa Party relationships with the UIA blocs.

The interesting thing is last paragraph in the first Iraqpa link refers to a statement by Hezbollah-Iraq leader saying that he will join a UIA four parties coalition. That suggests that Al-Hakim wants to join a coalition but not with Dawa Party.

One common thing with the blocs of the “four coalition” is that all are Al-Hakim — Iran creations.

Badr Organization:

No explanation needed.

Shaheed Al-Muhrab Organization:

Leader Ammar Al-Hakim, son of Al-Hakim.

Sayyed Al-Shuhda’:

This is the secretive organization, except that it is formed by Al-Hakim’s Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council and the name of the leader “Dagir Al-Mosawi” (Iranian-Iraqi nationality, lived 20 years in Ahwaz — Iran) nobody knows any information what is exactly this organization is doing and who the mebers are.

Hezbollah in Iraq (This not Hezbollah-Iraq):

Leader Hassan Sari, formed by Al-Hakim’s SIIC to compete with Hezballah-Iraq formed at the early week of the occupation by Al-Mahood.

Sari is belong to a group called (Al-Tawaboon), Iraq-Iran war-prisoners in Iran, started the party wearing a turban, after he became State-Minister he don’t wear a turban any more. He owns a double Iranian-Iraqi nationalities.

As you see form the list, Al-Hakim’s SIIC is already born, formed and get the backup from Iran is joining a coalition of bloc who are formed by him and heavily supported by Iran, decided to “punish” Maliki’s Dawa Party because they shifting their policy away from Iran. These are the last Iranian instructions.
