True or Saudi propaganda?

Unknown if it is Saudi pro­pa­ganda or not, accord­ing to Saudi news site Elaph, Syria aban­doned Hezbol­lah accused the the Lebanese Shi­ite party of start­ing the clashes in Bikha val­ley. The news site said that this for the prepa­ra­tion of Assad visit to France.
