At least now we know the reason behind postponing Anbar province handover to Iraq.

Sources told the newspaper that the ceremony delayed because of the conflict between the the Awakening Militias and the Islamic Party.

As the newspaper explains [and we already know] the Islamic party dominates the city council, so officially [and indirectly] the province must be handed over to the Islamic Party, self-explanatory the IP going to run the city’s security also.

This scenario rejected by the Awakening who asked that Anbar must take the security responsibelity there.
