How do I know about today’s bomb­ing before it hap­pened? Fri­day I received email from a friend who is a “mole” inside the Supreme Coun­cil, and the image above [click on the image to enlarge] is part from what he wrote:

I received infor­ma­tion from one the mem­bers of the Supreme Coun­cil say­ing: We are plan­ning a series of explo­sions tar­get­ing the pil­grims at the AL Kazim mar­tyr­dom memo­r­ial in AL-Adil and Al-Jami’a neighborhoods…so that reg­u­lar Iraqis think that these acts are com­mit­ted by the Sun­nis and the Sadrists.

It seems that the Kurds adopted the same strat­egy in Kirkuk today. Turkomen par­ties accused the Kurds of bring­ing their mili­tias from other parts of Kur­dis­tan, orches­trat­ing demon­stra­tions and claim­ing that “Kirkuk res­i­dents” are demon­strat­ing against the law [con­firmed by the Amer­i­can Con­sulate in Kirkuk] .

As stated by Kur­dish offi­cial in Dihuk describes the provin­cial law as “mil­i­tary coup”, Turkomen offi­cials accused the Kurds of mil­i­tarly occu­py­ing the city.

Totally agree with Al-Akhbar report today say­ing: It is Kurds vs. Arabs, who is going to scream first?

Even Iraqi gov­ernemnt offi­cial infor­ma­tion web­site say­ing it is Kurds vs. Arabs on Kirkuk, say­ing that Tal­a­bani remided the the Arab fac­tions in the gov­ernemnt that they agreed to involve Kirkuk to Kud­is­tan in Lon­don con­fer­ence [before the inva­sion].

    Actu­ally when I heard the news today about the twin sui­cide bomb­ings both in Kirkuk and in Bagh­dad, I WAS SURE that Iran through its prox­ies and the Kurds ARE RESPONSIBLIE FOR THEM.

    It is NOT in the inter­est of Iran to have a rel­a­tive secu­rity in IRAQ and IRAN would love to ignite sec­tar­ian strife again — mark my words.

    While no one has taken respon­si­bil­ity for either inci­dent, they were both appar­ently car­ried out by female sui­cide bombers (def­i­nitely in Bagh­dad, still up for debate in Kirkuk), which is a trade­mark of Al Qaeda in Iraq. They have been using the tac­tic more and more as they run out of for­eign vol­un­teers and their own fol­low­ers to carry out attacks. Say­ing it’s Iran is just wild spec­u­la­tion not based upon any report­ing, or the Iraqi and U.S. secu­rity forces. Shi­ite pil­grim­ages have often been attacked each year, and it’s always been Sun­nis. The attack in Kirkuk set off the Kur­dish crowd to attack the offices of the Turko­man Front and the home of an Arab mem­ber of the provin­cial coun­cil. Those types of divi­sions were prob­a­bly just what the bombers wanted. Click on my name for two reports on my blog about it.

    MOTOWN67, say­ing that Iran is behind these types of things is not ridicu­lous in the least. There have been at least 2 occa­sions when even the Amer­i­cans have said that Iranian-backed groups in Iraq have attacked their own Shi’ite peo­ple to cre­ate out­rage against Al-Qa’idah.

    And say­ing that ‘female’ sui­cide bombers is an Al-Qa’idah trade­mark is silly. This is an idea put forth by the Iraqi inte­rior min­istry to try and min­i­mal­ize Al-Qa’idah. Any­ways, other groups (Islamic Army in Iraq, Ansar Al-Islam, etc.) have used sui­cide bombers also — why couldn’t it be them that did it? The Baathist are widely known to hate the Shia more than they dis­like the U.S.

    There are more Shi­ite mem­bers in Ba’ath party than Sunnis.

    Saad — you seem to come up with the usual lame US pro­pa­ganda or is it the Iran­ian one — Oh well, they amount to the same. It is clear that you are another sec­tar­ian who will def­i­nitely bite the dust, along with your other drilling sec­tar­ian racist mates.
    It is clear that the Iraqi R. repeated over and over that they do not tar­get inno­cent iraqis. AQ is another story. And tons of evi­dence point to the Ira­ni­ans and Amer­i­cans and Mossad intel­li­gence using sui­cide bombers, car bombs etc…

    The sec­tar­ian shias remind me of the zion­ist jews in Iraq, when they used to tar­get the iraqi jews for israel eyes only.
