All the Iraqis need is to learn how to balance the “rule of the majority” and the “rights of the minority” in the context of democracy!
In the Iraqi version of democracy its OK to invite a “neighbouring country” to invede Iraq, just to force minorities let go of their freedom. Get the picture?!

Kirkuk and Mosul repeatedly had these kinds of disorders before the time of the Baath. Noe the US has removed the Baath and instigated the old divisions that Saddam suppressed. There is nothing unprecedented in this report.
