Head of security committee found in Diyala military headquarter

Source told the news site that Diyala’s provin­cial coun­cil mem­ber and the head of its com­mit­tee Hus­sein Al-Zubaydi who is kid­napped by the “spe­cial forces” found today in a “good health” in the head­quar­ter of the Iraqi army oper­ates right now in Diyala “Sa’ad mil­i­tary base”.

The source said that the place where Al-Zubaydi is detained in Baquba city, No fur­ther details about how and why he is in the head­quar­ter and who released him.

Sec­ond, again and another con­flict­ing mes­sage about the SOFA, an anony­mous Iraqi offi­cial told the news site that all the nego­ti­a­tions with the Amer­i­can side are fin­ished and the agree­ment is ready to be signed by the pres­i­den­tial council.
