Just remember that whatever the Maliki or other so called Iraqi politicians are saying about the U.S. — Iraq security agreement, SOFA or long presence [whatever you like to call it], at the end the Najaf Hawza and supreme clerics say the last word.
This is also what Al-Saghir wants us to know, in his interview today on Al-Qabas he said that the parliament agreement is the end of the story after that comes the Hawza [High-references] accord on the agreement:
The agreement will be presented to the parliament and then the supreme clerics will decide.
Added his own [or the high-references] three points conditions.
- The presence of a timetable for the withdrawal.
- No immunity to any person or [security] company of the occupation forces.
- The agreement contains ambiguous terms need to be clarified, such as the definition of terrorism, not every person who resisted for his homeland is a terrorist.
