Thank you for that sort of report already, LB, that's definitely more than desirable at the moment.

We are thankful for your delivery already.

Wrong. The "new Saudi era" will happen when control of oil is no longer important. If Obama is right, that will happen 10 years from now, when solutions for energy come more directly from the sun. Except Obama is wrong - it will take a lot longer than that. But in the meantime don't think that US policy is going to turn on what people say in order to get into office. Brian Schweitzer just wants the US to switch to coal because Montana is a huge coal field. The Clintons are smarter but they lie for effect - Hillary was only trying to inject some anti-Chinese sentiment into the mix. The Clintons are 100% behind the US policy (agreed to by both US Democrats and US Republicans) that says - the Saudis are Ok because they do what we want - and we will invade if anybody tries to behave differently. i.e. Saddam nationalizing Iraq oil, etc. Bill Clinton is actually just as responsible, perhaps more responsible for the Iraq invasion, than George Bush was. The US policy is that middle eastern oil is strategic and it must stay in the hands of the USA. It will be a very long time before that changes.
