   Appar­ently, the Awak­en­ing amnesty would appear to be the proper Ramadan char­ity, since the Jihad and Change Front comes with a sim­i­lar pro­posal (this from the AMSI Ara­bic page with Google auto­matic trans­la­tion so no link, sorry for that):

   دعت جبهة الجهاد والتغيير، عناصر ما تسمى بالصحوات “للعودة إلى جادة الصواب”، وذلك خلال بيان نشرته على موقعها الإلكتروني والذي تم توزيعه على وسائل الإعلام، امس (الخميس). Front called Jihad and change ele­ments of the so-called awak­en­ing “to return to the cor­rect seri­ous”, dur­ing a state­ment pub­lished on its web­site, which was dis­trib­uted to the media yes­ter­day (Thursday).

   وجاء في البيان : فإننا ندعو الصحوات وبخاصة من غرر بهم إلى الاستغفار عما فعلوه؛ والعودة إلى طريق الرشد؛ وجادة الحق، والالتحاق بركب إخوانهم المجاهدين، لتعود اللحمة من جديد، وتعز الحاضنة، ليذوق عدونا مرةً ثانية مر ما ذاقه منا مجتمعين غير مخترقين، متماسكين غير مختلفين، لتحقيق أهداف المشروع الجهادي في العراق الذي لا كرامة ولا عزة لنا بدونه. The state­ment said: We call upon awak­en­ing, espe­cially tricked them into ask­ing for­give­ness from Allaah what they did; and return to the path of adult­hood; seri­ous and right, and join up with fel­low Muja­hedeen, the fab­ric back again, and Taiz incu­ba­tor, to get our enemy once again over what saved us collectively-penetrates, coher­ent How­ever dif­fer­ent, to achieve the objec­tives of the project jihadist in Iraq, which is the dig­nity and pride to us with­out it.

   ﴿ وَاللّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ ﴾ ) And most help­less of God, but most peo­ple do not know (

   وفيما يأتي نص البيان: Fol­low­ing is the text of the state­ment:
   م / دعوة للعودة إلى جادة الصواب M / invi­ta­tion to return to the cor­rect serious

   في كل يوم من أيام صراعنا مع أعدائنا وأذنابهم؛ يتأكد لدينا صدق قول الله تعالى فيهم : Every day of our con­flict with our ene­mies and lack­eys; sure we have the sin­cer­ity of the words of God in them:

   ﴿ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ بِطَانَةً مِّن دُونِكُمْ لاَ يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالاً وَدُّواْ مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاء مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الآيَاتِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ ﴾ ) O ye who believe, do not take no entourages with­out Palo Bala, born pre­vent what had seemed to hate from their mouths and chests con­ceal Pena had more verses you that you understand (

   إن من وضع نفسه سندا للإحتلال وأعوانه هاهو يتجرع مرارة إقدامه على مثل هذه الأعمال؛ وإعراضه عن منهج المقاومة، والإرادة الحرة الكريمة.    فإننا ندعو الصحوات وبخاصة من غرر بهم إلى الاستغفار عما فعلوه؛ والعودة إلى طريق الرشد؛ وجادة الحق، والالتحاق بركب إخوانهم المجاهدين، لتعود اللحمة من جديد، وتعز الحاضنة، ليذوق عدونا مرةً ثانية مر ما ذاقه منا مجتمعين غير مخترقين، متماسكين غير مختلفين، لتحقيق أهداف المشروع الجهادي في العراق الذي لا كرامة ولا عزة لنا بدونه.
