Abbas drops the Palestinians right of return

Briefly reported on Jpost from the main source Al- Sharq newspaper. The newspaper published the main points of the agreement as they revealed by Arab sources:

First: To drop the Palestinians right of return to their home since 1984, and agreed on an old Israeli proposal of the return of 15,000 - 20,000 over a period of ten years.

They will not be subjected to reunion with their relatives and to return alone without their children and grandchildren and to not to leave to other Palestinian territories.

Most of the Palestinians left their home in 1948 are now in their eighties which mean that they will die soon with children or grandchildren to inherit their belongings and land.

Second: Israel demands to retain at 5 percent of West Bank territory, not Jerusalem, in return for the road connects the West Bank with Gaza Strip, while Abbas agreed on 1,8 percent of West Bank land.

Israel retains the large settlements in the West Bank in exchange for alternative land in the Negev desert, add to the Gaza Strip.

Third: Ehud Barak rejects to discuss the issue of, while Ehud Olmert agreed to establish a Palestinian capital over some suburbs of East Jerusalem.
