This is very weird, Sadrists show signs of accepting SOFA;

Sadrists spokesman AL-Ubaidi told Al-Sharq Al-Awsat that the Sadrists can accept the SOFA agreement for one or two years to see the outcome:

We will see what kind of agreement it will be and the results of the negotiations, we will give our view and possibly we will support the Iraqi government if it insists on the withdrawal of the occupation forces, and this is our demand.

We do not say we accept the agreement, but we can for its implementation for a year or two years if there is any benefit.

While Sadrists MP Al-Masudi showed his rejection to SOFA and revealed a coordination among the 22 July group to prevent passing the agreement in the parliament.

I think Al-Ubaidi as one of the Sadr trend politician leader with his direct contact to Muqtada Al-Sadr is more accurate than the other MP.

The United Iraqi Alliance expressed their total refusal of SOFA if its not contains a timetable and immunity cancellation as they confirmed this to Awan.
