Con­tacted by Elaph news site by tele­phone, mem­bers of the so-called Sadrists “Spe­cial Forces” are ready to reveal all the secrets of the orga­ni­za­tion in pub­lic if pro­tec­tion from assas­si­na­tion provided.

One mem­ber told the news site that he is threat­ened and forced to join Mahdi Army by other mem­bers in the orga­ni­za­tion. His task is to trans­port arms from Iran to Iraq across the bor­der after dis­man­tling the weapons into smaller parts and reassem­bling them again inside Iraq.

He revealed that a cleric and other mem­bers were ready to appear in a press con­fer­ence and reveal secret documents,the orga­ni­za­tion and Muq­tada Al-Sadr link to Iran. They con­tacted the Amer­i­can embassy in Iraq which let them down saying:
