Names of Rafiq Hariri killers will be revealed next December

Elham Freiha chief edi­tor of the Lebanese news­pa­per AL-Anwar says that the UN com­mis­sioner, pros­e­cu­tor in Rafiq Hariri assas­si­na­tion tri­bunal, will reveal in his final report at 2 Dec. 2008 the names of 120 peo­ple par­tic­i­pated in the assassination.

The report will also reveal that the prepa­ra­tions for the assas­si­na­tion took about eight months. At the final stages there were three demon­stra­tions using the same num­ber of cars in Hariri’s con­voy and a truck sim­i­lar the one used in the operation.

At least one high-level secu­rity offi­cial observed these prepa­ra­tions and the demonstrations.
