As reported today on Al-Quds Al-Arabi:

A very well informed Pales­tin­ian source revealed to the news­pa­per that the cur­rent U.S. admin­is­tra­tion has estab­lished secret mil­i­tary train­ing camps in Jor­dan to train the Iraqi army and the Pales­tin­ian secu­rity forces.

The anony­mous source con­firmed that the media and jour­nal­ists are pre­vented from enter­ing these train­ing camps and the costs of the Iraqi and the Pales­tini­ans forces train­ings are about seven mil­lion dollar.
