Tal­a­bani secretly met with an Iran­ian del­e­ga­tion Tele­waera vil­lage — Hora­man region [bor­der­ing Iran] last Wednes­day to meet an Iran­ian del­e­ga­tion of six per­sons, eye­wit­nesses said.

The peo­ple in the vil­lage sur­prised to see Tal­a­bani escorted by a motor­cade of 15 cars in their vil­lage with­out pre­vi­ously inform­ing the local authorities.
