Carter to tour Syria and Lebanon this month, Hariri mediates between Europe and Russia
Jimmy Carter will visit Lebanon and Syria this month as revealed by Assafir, Gordon Brown visit is scheduled on 27 Nov.
Hariri told the Russian newspaper RBCDaily that Lebanon is ready to recognize Abkhazia and South Ossetia as two independent states. Russian political analyst says that Hariri is mediating between the West and Russia:
Europe finally realized that the Georgian government is responsible for the Caucasus attack, but the West can not admit it.
They use politicians from non-Western countries such as Saad Hariri to announce what they can not say publicly.
