		<description>Looks to me like a description of the way things are. The SOFA is nothing but a pretense to observation of law.

The occupation itself violates every standard of law. In fact there is no such thing as law when it is violated to such an extent and the perpetrator suffers no punishment according to law.

The aggressor and his puppets have had a lot of fun arguing these terms against those terms but the point is only to mislead the masses. Whatever the occupation puts on paper, it is going to do what it has to do.</description>
