As you pointed out the Ministry of Interior since the occupation and particularly since Solagh&#039;s rule and his subsequent follower, is an ALL sectarian SHIITE and Kurdish ministry.. Each floor is ruled by a militia. The Sadrists rule a couple of Floors, the Badr a few others, the Peshemergas ditto...
So there is no way on earth that those arrested were Baathists working for the ministry.</description>
