American delegation met with former Iraqi army officers

- Saudi news­pa­per Al-Watan reported today; an unan­nounced meet­ing between an Amer­i­can del­e­ga­tion and for­mer Iraqi army offi­cers in Amman — Jor­dan. the ten days nego­ti­a­tions will end with report to be sub­mit­ted to the Amer­i­can Admin­is­tra­tion and will includes the names of the offi­cers, their demands and suggestions.

Al-Watan report talks about an Amer­i­can pro­fes­sor at the Uni­ver­sity of Wash­ing­ton called Carla O’railly [or some­thing like this], the del­e­ga­tion came under Together Organization [???].
