The editorial published on Libyan newspaper Al-Shams, asks North-African Arabs to boycott the Middle East Arabs because they [the Middle Eastern Arabs] not included the North Africans in the Arab reconciliation efforts.
Very interesting, because Al-Shams is Qaddafi’s own newspaper.
