The US wants to sign a second Security Agreement with Baghdad
According to the “Green Zone” newspaper Al-Sabaah: Washington is considering a second security agreement with Baghdad which is totally different from SOFA agreement. The newspaper added that Baghdad refused the Washington’s proposal.

Failed military coup in Qatar
