Thirty Muq­tada Al-Sadr’s Mahdi Army lead­ers assas­si­nated in their res­i­dents in Dam­as­cus in the last few weeks. The wave of assas­si­na­tion forced large num­bers of ME lead­ers to flee their Syria exile to Iran.

Among the killed is the ME leader Laith Al-Kaibi, who was the man behind the killing of the Pales­tini­ans refugees in Iraq.
