Secu­rity sources informed Kuwaiti news­pa­per Al-Qabas

Al-Manar sources say that these inten­sive meet­ings are con­ducted between the GCC coun­tries, the US and Israel at the high­est lev­els exchang­ing intel­li­gence and the mil­i­tary infor­ma­tion to siege the water­ways that lead to Iran­ian ports to pre­vent arms ship­ments from/to Iran.
