Point 9 in Obama’s Israel-Palestine peace plan leaked by Middle East Media Center (h/t Haitham Sabbah for the link) reads the following:
Allowing an agreed upon number of refugees to return, and to be settled in the plaines area and other areas in the West Bank, particularly in the cities of Ramallah and Nablus.
Makes you wonder: What about the other refugees?
Iraq-ina wrote about a plan to resettle the Palestinians in Kurdistan approved by the Palestinian Authority and financed by Arab countries, targeting Palestinian refugees in Iraq and Lebanon, and comes in line with Obama’s administration efforts to solution for the outstanding issues.
Manar calls the plan “Silent resettlement” in Kurdistan, added that an international delegation visited Kurdistan few weeks ago to discuss the housing projects to attract the Palestinian refugees after some regional countries promised to support the dismantling the Palestinian refugees camps in Lebanon.
Promising the Kurds with support to establish the “Kurdish-State” and financial aid, Al-Manar also added that reconstruction companies are already started to build the housing facilities.
