The game of Hariri reassignment

I wrote before that “No Lebanese government before the Iraqi election”, will Hariri’s reassignment changes anything?

The problem will continue because there is nothing changed on the ground.

Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram’s correspondent in Beirut wrote the following:

Some might think that the problem is the rejection of names of Ministers nominated by Hariri or the opposition’s insistence on specific names. The truth is far more than this, it is a regional decision not to form the government at the moment.

Regardless its size, the parliamentary majority is just a number, under the word consensus starts the bargaining and the imposition of conditions. The opposition uses its power on the ground to influence and minimize the decision of the majority.
