George Mitchell’s possible resignation

There is a report cir­cu­late the Arab media today says that the Euro­peans expect the pos­si­ble res­ig­na­tion of the Amer­i­can Mid­dle East nego­tia­tor George Mitchell, as a result of the col­lapse of his con­tacts with the Israeli side.

Israeli offi­cials rejected all the pro­pos­als made by the U.S. envoy dur­ing their meet­ings and they also ignored all the Amer­i­can pres­sure on the Palestinians.
