Election resulsts — Tuesday 09-03-2010 pm — Update — Chalabi in the parliament

Update — Just received these infor­ma­tion from Bagh­dad — Ahmad Al-Chalabi won a seat in the par­lia­ment and his head of the Jus­tice and Account­abil­ity Ali Al-Lami failed to obtain enough votes required to be in the par­lia­ment. Oth­ers also failed — “State of Law” can­di­date and Maliki’s polit­i­cal adviser Sami Al-Askari and his media adviser Majid Yasin.

This is in Ara­bic, these are the counts (votes per province) till Tues­day evening — I will wait for IHEC announce­ment  (click to enlarge) — Most of the results are not final.
