Reaching a dead end on the formation of the Committee to choose candidates for the prime minister post, the newly joined coalition decided to jump upon this issue, by deciding to choose a name for the coalition and its leader in order to silence the voices that started to rise about the lack of the progress in the negotiations.
Last news confirmed that INA chose Ahmad Al-Chalabi as a compromise candidate, despite that Chalabi is a member of the Committee “yet-to-be-formed” between the two coalitions to choose the prime minister.

One Iraqi newspaper revealed today (image above) the the United States secretly supports the Uranium-exchange agreement signed by Iran with the mediation of Turkey, and Brazil in a condition that Tehran to ease its grip on the ongoing negotiations in Baghdad to form a new Iraqi government.
The only details available is that the deal, which finally reached in Turkey over Iran’s uranium enrichment includes an Iranian commitment not to interfere in the process of forming Iraq’s government, that the United States will support this deal secretly.
The source added that the Iranian side did not show any objection on the U.S. condition, after being sure that the head of the new Iraqi government will only come from the coalition list resulting from the integration of the two Shiite coalitions (State of Law and the Iraq National Alliance).
